Terms of Use

Version 2026-11-01-v2 · Last updated November 1, 2026

These are the terms for using My AI Gets Me (myaigetsme.com), a tool made by Echotyr LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using it, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the tool.

1. What the tool does

My AI Gets Me asks you some questions and writes a short file of instructions, in your words, that you can paste into an AI assistant you already use (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot). That's all it does. It writes instructions. It does not run your AI, and it is not an AI assistant itself.

2. Your AI's answers are not ours

Whatever your AI says or does after you add the file comes from that AI and the company that runs it, not from us. We don't control it, we can't see it, and we are not responsible for it. Always use your own judgment, and don't rely on any AI for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

3. Provided as is

The tool is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of any kind, written or implied. We don't promise that it will be error-free, that it will fit your needs, or that your AI will behave in any particular way.

4. Our 30-day guarantee

If your AI doesn't feel like it gets you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund everything you paid for it, including any add-ons and any tax. The refund goes back the way you paid, in the currency you paid in. Link (see section 8) can also refund a purchase directly. A purchase can be refunded only once, whoever does it. This guarantee is the only promise we make about results.

5. Limit on what we owe you

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected to the tool is capped at the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, even if we were told they were possible.

6. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use your file and your AI. If your misuse of the tool or the file leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our costs, including reasonable legal fees. You also agree not to use the tool to create instructions meant to cause harm, break the law, or get around an AI's safety rules; we screen for this and may refuse to write such instructions.

7. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to buy or use the tool.

8. Payment, codes, and rebuilds

Stripe is the merchant of record for purchases, and your purchase is sold through Link, a Stripe service. Stripe takes the payment and handles sales tax and VAT, and Link emails your official receipt, under the payment terms shown at checkout. We make the tool and give you your build, and these terms are between you and us. Prices are set in US dollars, include any sales tax or VAT, and are charged once. Outside the US, checkout may show the price in your local currency. That price includes a conversion fee set by Stripe. You can choose to pay in US dollars instead. Your bank statement shows the charge as LINK.COM* followed by our name. An add-on code bought "for your spouse or a coworker" is a separate build for one other person. The In Sync add-ons (the Project Blueprint and the Brand, Tone, and Design Kit) are optional. You can add them at checkout or later from your In Sync Path. If you add them at checkout, they are part of the same one-time payment as your build, each one is listed on your receipt, and these same terms apply to them. If you pick both, you pay the lower price for the pair shown at checkout. Add-ons unlock steps on your own In Sync Path, not on a second code. Each purchase includes up to three rebuilds within 30 days of purchase. Your rebuild link lets you start over up to three times in that window, and each start counts as one rebuild. After 30 days, or once you've used all three, the link stops working. The file you already have keeps working either way.

9. Your content

What you type stays yours. We use it only to write your file and to keep the tool safe (see the Privacy Policy). We don't claim any rights over your file.

10. Disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out. For a problem with the payment itself, you can also contact Link support (support.link.com). If we can't sort it out, any dispute will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the consumer rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the State of Texas, rather than in court, except that either of us may bring a claim in small-claims court. You agree to bring claims only on your own behalf, not as part of a class action. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any court proceedings that are allowed will take place in Bexar County, Texas. If you live outside the US, these terms don't take away any protection your local law gives you that can't be waived.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version you accepted at checkout is the one that applies to that purchase; we record which version you accepted and when.
